By downloading, installing, or using StudyKit ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

StudyKit is an academic planning and organization application designed to help students manage their courses, assignments, schedules, and grades. The App is available on iOS, iPadOS, macOS, and visionOS platforms.

3. User Accounts

• You may create an account to enable cloud synchronization features
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account

4. User Content

You retain all rights to the content you create within the App. By using the App, you grant us permission to:

• Store your content locally on your device
• Sync your content across your devices (if enabled)
• Display your content within the App

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on the rights of others
• Distribute malicious software or content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems
• Use the App for any commercial purposes without our written consent

6. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by SoftwareKit LLC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• The App will meet your requirements
• The App will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• The results obtained from the App will be accurate or reliable

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the App.

9. Educational Purpose

StudyKit is designed as an educational tool to assist with academic organization. It is not a substitute for:

• Official academic records or transcripts
• Professional academic advice
• Institutional grading systems

10. Updates and Modifications

We reserve the right to:

• Modify or discontinue the App at any time
• Update these Terms at any time
• Change features or functionality without notice

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
